Frank Baird is UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC) Certified Mindfulness Facilitator. He teaches meditation to corporate staff (at Amgen, Disney, Fox Entertainment, ABC Studios and more), to therapy clients at Kaiser Permanente, and to community members in a variety of settings, including group and individual instruction.
Frank is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). He developed and runs a Mindfulness program at Kaiser Sherman Terrace in Reseda, CA. He is the Lead Gender Therapist for Transgender Services for Kaiser's Panorama City Service Area and has been the past team leader for the Adolescent Treatment Program and Couple’s Treatment Service.
He has taught graduate level therapists in training at Phillips Graduate Institute and California State University, Northridge and supervised therapists-in-training at Valley Trauma Center (a sexual assault recovery center) and Phillips Graduate Institute (in their Postmodern Therapies Program). He was founder and Clinical Director at NOW House Therapy Center. He is founder of Walk a Mile in Her Shoes®, The International Men’s March to End Violence Against Women, an organization that facilitates 400+ world-wide Walk events each year. Megan Morbitzer·is a Certified Mindfulness Facilitator through UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center at the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. She is co-founder of the NOW House Mindful Awareness Center. Megan has more than 15 years of personal practice and intensive study of meditation and is passionate about helping adults and children live with greater ease, self-awareness, kindness, and joy!
Megan has experience in teaching Mindfulness a variety of areas including the LA prisons and jails, Mindfulness for Parents, Families, and Children, Mindfulness in Schools and private coaching. Megan also facilitates a peer-led Mindfulness group for InsightLA.
Megan has a BA in Computer Science. As a former Sales Executive and as a mother of two young boys, she loves sharing the practice of mindfulness with others and strongly believes in the power of mindful awareness to heal and re-connect us to our own inherent sense of ease and well-being. Her greatest teachers are her husband and two children.

Holly Sacks is a UCLA Mindful Research Center (MARC) Certified Mindfulness Facilitator (CMF) and co-founder of NOW House Mindful Awareness Center. She teaches mindfulness related courses at the California State University at Channel Islands Osher Lifelong Learning Institute where she also lectures.
Holly conducts weekly and monthly study groups and retreats on various wisdom tradition texts and integrating mindfulness into daily life. Participants in her various study groups find that a mindful perspective brings new vitality to wisdom from the past and deeper connection with present day human experience.
Her pilot curriculum development program for Mindfulness for Parkinson’s confirmed the therapeutic value of mindfulness for people with Parkinson’s disease. Future plans include a closer collaboration with members of the local NeuroCommunity foundation and providing Mindfulness for Parkinson’s classes at NOW House.
Holly’s background as a senior corporate strategy and marketing executive provides direct experiential insight into her work with boards of directors for nonprofit organizations and her mindful business and organizational intelligence workshops for corporations. She is a board member of reGeneration, an American interfaith community seeding the Middle East with quality early childhood development and education.
Holly Sacks graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and completed the University of the South (Sewanee) School of Theology EFM program.

Gael Belden, MA, is an educator with UCLA’s MARC program, where she mentors and advises in the mindfulness facilitator training program, facilitates the online MAPs classes, and is the Director of the distance learning Intensive Practitioners Program. Her background is in mythology and depth psychology and she is the author of “Roam: Ojai’s Hip Hiking Guide,” as well as “Soror Mystica,” a reworking of the Hero’s Journey myth from a feminine perspective
